European Style Crepes

My grandmother taught me that the secret to good crepes is not having a recipe at all. By simply swirling a few ingredients at hand in a hot pan perfection can be achieved. (Of course smothering anything in Nutella can’t be bad.)
- 1 part dairy ( buttermilk, skim milk, or yogurt)
- 1 part egg
- 1 part flour

Observe pan swirl technique. Its all in the wrist! Just make sure you have the heat cranked up and plenty of butter in the pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar to avoid sticking.
